About us in General
Built and opened
in 1987 by B,J & M Webb (Builders Pty
Ltd) of Melbourne. Designed by Darryl J
Forbes - Taylor (Arch) Project Planning
& Design of Wagga Wagga, owned and operation
by the Webb family of Tweed Heads. Designed
in a Victorian era style, with period style
furniture and high ceilings as times of
old. Located in the central business district,
and in comfortable walking distance to the
city centre.

Heritage Motor inn is located in the heart
of the city of Dubbo, in the agricultural
& farming district of central new South
Wales, 6 hours drive North West of Sydney,
10 hours due North from Melbourne and 10
hours South by South West from Brisbane.
Dubbo is ideally
located half way between Melbourne and Brisbane
on the Newell Hwy. It is a thriving regional
centre of 40,000 people and servicing a
further 120,000 from nearby towns and outback
properties.

with 4 cottage style units we call "Gumnut
Cottages" There is adequate parking
for both the motel and the cottages, with
our courtyard parking, security lighting
and cameras installed.
